Romans 1:26-32

Romans 1:26-32

Romans 1:26-27

26 For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; 27 and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.
This is a controversial topic. But I do believe what this verse says, being gay is a sin, but I don't think being gay can keep you from heaven. There is nothing, and I mean nothing that can keep you from the love of Christ. I'm not ashamed of anything I've just said.

Romans 1:28

And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.
God, willingly I might add, let them over to their sinful desires.

Romans 1:29-31

29 They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, 30 slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of  evil, disobedient to parents, 31 foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless.
These verses tell us exactly what not to do. Yet we are all at least a few of these things. I know we can't be perfect, but we need to strive to be like Christ and to live in his ways.

Romans 1:32

Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.
We all deserve death, we tend to forget that little detail of life. And we tend to "okay" what sinful natures other people have because we have them or other reasons. But thats not right. Call out your friend when they hurt you, tell them that you love them and you want whats best for them so you need to tell them not to do it again.
